Testimonials

“Help Me Network’s intervention and my family’s support allowed me to rebuild my trust relationship with them. I have no idea where my life would have gone if Help Me Network’s facilitators had not stepped in. I will always be appreciative to Help Me Network for helping me reclaim my life.”

My journey with Help Me Network is a testament to the power of faith, community, and unwavering support. I will forever be thankful to God for leading me to such an amazing group of people. Their dedication and compassion have not only helped me to overcome my addiction but have also inspired me to help others on their paths to recovery. All the glory to God!

Help Me Network’s team helped me so much in my early recovery with different programs such as 12 Steps and mindfulness, and I still use the tools to this day. After 9 years of sobriety, I can still rely on Help Me Network at any time. They were truly God-sent, and I am truly grateful.

“I’ve been clean for five years. I give thanks to God, Help Me-Network, and the facilitators of Help Me Network who provided me with the necessary tools to overcome my struggles with drug and alcohol addiction.”

FAQS

What is "Community-Based" rehab and how does it differ from inpatient care?

Inpatient rehab requires living at a facility, while Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) lets you live at home and attend intensive treatment. It teaches you to handle triggers in your real environment, not just a controlled setting.

Can I keep working or going to school while in the program?

Yes. One of the primary goals of CBR is to minimize life disruption. You can maintain your employment or educational goals while receiving professional support.

Do you offer Medication-Assisted Treatment?

No, but we refer participants to medical practitioners who can oversee the clinical side of your medication.

How long is the program?

Recovery is a marathon, not a sprint. Our program is 12 weeks long, with one group session per week and individual/family sessions as scheduled. Our support remains available even after the program is completed, which significantly improves the chances of sustained sobriety.

How is the family involved in the recovery process?

Substance abuse is often called a “family disease” because it affects everyone in the household. We offer family education workshops and support groups to help loved ones understand the mechanics of addiction, set healthy boundaries, and stop enabling behaviours.

What happens if a relapse occurs?

We view relapse as a “slip,” not a failure. If a participant uses again, we don’t automatically “kick them out.” Instead, we use it as a clinical data point to adjust the treatment plan. We analyse what triggered the relapse and strengthen coping strategies in those specific areas.
